I am pleased to be an in-network provider for Humana insurance plans. I do accept out-of-network insurance and provide superbills in order to make reimbursement for you a lot easier . I invite you to call me to learn more about how that works. You may want to chat with your insurance about your coverage to prepare.
For coaching my fee is $150. My fee is $160/therapy hour for individual, family, & relationship counseling.
When cost becomes a barrier to accessing treatment, I am open to discussing options. I also offer reduced fees when there is a need. Contact me for more info. You matter and quality care is important!
I accept all major methods of payment including HSA cards, credit cards, cash, check, and Paypal. My goal is to make payment easy and convenient as possible for both of us.
